You can decorate your Pod if you so desire, but as a good Space Cadet always does, take care of your area by cleaning it up and leave it spotless for the next flight crew.
- Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 as listed on the CDC website or has received a positive test result in the two weeks prior to the event date will be asked to stay home.
- Temperature checks of all attendees and staff via contactless temperature gun prior to entry.
- Every attendee and staff will be given a mask upon entry and enforce the use while in public spaces, except when consuming food and beverages.
- Pods are spaced 12’ away from each other to give groups ample distancing.

Yes! For the safety of all, masks will be required to be worn except when consuming food or drink.
You will receive six masks with your parking pass upon arrival, but feel free to use your own if you’d prefer!
To reduce physical contact, there will only be one ticket per vehicle, with up to 6 people max. You MUST arrive with the space cadets you will share a Pod with. All ticket sales are online — none will be sold on-site the day of show. The ticket price is the same whether you have 1 or 6 cadets, so please plan your purchase accordingly. Your ticket is also your parking pass.

Unfortunately, no. While you’re more than welcome to purchase multiple tickets, the limit of 6 people per vehicle is due to social distancing measures and must be strictly adhered to for everyone’s safety. If you purchase multiple tickets and hope to park together, you will need to make sure you enter the gates together as cars are parked in the order they arrive.
Vehicles that fit into a standard parking space are allowed. Oversized vehicles are not permitted (lifted trucks, RV’s, trailers, buses, limos, etc.)
To comply with safety guidelines, you will not be allowed to walk in. You must arrive by car and stay with that car pod for the duration of the show.
Access will be granted starting at 4pm (subject to change). Early arrival is strongly encouraged. For the safety of others, no cars will be permitted after 6:00pm.
Prepare to have your ticket scanned at the first checkpoint. At the second checkpoint, your crew will be asked to step out of your vehicle for a temperature check and car search. Once you are back in your car, our Traffic Controllers will direct you to your Pod!
Absolutely! These are two things that you can do to help speed up the arrival process:
- If you’re using a mobile ticket, please have your screen’s brightness at 100%.
- Bring a clean vehicle! The cleaner your car, the faster your car search will go!
Upon arrival, our Traffic Controllers will guide you to your parking spot which will be within your 20’x20’ area.
Pod assignments are based on a first come, first serve basis — no spot saving will be allowed. If you want to be next to your friends, caravan and plan accordingly! If you arrive together, you have a better chance of being next to each other (assuming you have the same type of ticket).
Yes, motorcycles are allowed! To comply with our Covid safety protocols, we can allow up to three motorcycles per pod.
Your ticket, water, snacks, and positivity! A full list of allowed items can be found HERE. There will be a concessions stand, but there will not be any free water fill stations for safety reasons.
We also highly encourage you to nominate a designated driver!
There will be food and beverages available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages will not be served or allowed on site due to State restrictions.
Yes! You and your flight crew can utilize the space within your 20’x20’ Pod to dance the night away, but please remember to keep your masks on!
Re-entry is not permitted so please plan accordingly! If you have to leave early, exit will be allowed up until 9:30pm (the last 30 minutes of the show). In case of an emergency, there will be staff ready to assist your departure at all times.
Sound will come from the main stage PA’s along with delay speakers throughout the event grounds for a unique full concert experience.
Could you imagine a trip through space-time without a bathroom break? Sheesh! There will be regular and ADA lavatories in spaced out areas along with hand washing stations. Bathrooms will be equipped with hand sanitizer and toiletries.
